Marking
METAREM offers laser marking with a TRUMPF TruMark station 5000 of parts with maximum dimensions of 680 mm x 700 mm x 500 mm (L x W x H).
Deburring and finishing
METAREM offers services with a high-quality TimeSavers 42 RB Series machine with a working width of up to 1350 mm. The machine provides:
- uniform deburring of laser and plasma cut parts (burr and slag removal)
- perfect finishing
- edge rounding (up to 2 mm radius on mild steel)
Bending
METAREM offers sheet metal bending with a TRUMPF TruBend 5170 machine.
Bend length depending on the thickness of material:
– up to 4 mm – 3000 mm
– from 5 to 6 mm – 2500 mm
– 8 mm – 1300 mm
– 10 mm – 1000 mm
Punching
METAREM offers processing of a wide range of parts thanks to a TRUMPF TruPunch 3000 punching machine. The machine allows perforation of sheet metal with a material thickness of up to 6 mm, making sieves and grids with different profiles. In addition to punching, the TruPunch 3000 provides the possibility of forming metal sheet details and cutting threads.
Laser cutting
The TRUMPF TruLaser 5030 fiber offers high processing speed and excellent part quality. Its' solid-state laser TruDisk12001 with 12kW laser power provides cutting of the following materials:
- mild steel and aluminium - 30 mm
- stainless steel - 40 mm
- copper and brass - 12 mm
Maximum workpiece dimensions - 1500 x 3000 mm
