1-AXLE TRANSPORT TRAILER KT

The single-axle transport trailer KT is used for transportation of grain headers and other attachments for different types of combine harvesters.
Supports can be moved and adjusted according to the type of the header. A grain header with a suspended attachment for rapeseed can be transported on them, but for this purpose, extensions need to be mounted beforehand.
To support the trailer in a static position, an auxiliary wheel is mounted on the front, which can be adjusted in height.

HAMMER MILL DC120

The hammer mill DC-120 is designed for milling fodder and crushing materials such as wood chips for the production of wood pellets. It can be used to mill hay, straw, corn cobs, grain feed, and other materials.
The machine is equipped with a cyclone.

RAPESEED ATTACHMENT PR

METAREM offers attachments for harvesting rapeseed, which can be mounted on combine harvesters with a working width of 4.5m to 7.5m. The attachment minimizes losses during the rapeseed harvesting process. It is easy and quick to install without the need for special tools. The side vertical knives reduce vibrations and increase productivity, and if necessary, the right knife can be turned off.

ROTARY NEEDLE HARROW BRI

Тhe needle harrow BRI is used for soil preparation and weed control. Its primary purpose is to break up the soil and create a smooth, level surface for planting. It also helps to aerate the soil by creating small holes that allow water and nutrients to penetrate deeper into the ground. In addition, the needles can be used to control weeds by disrupting their growth and exposing their roots to the sun.

SUNFLOWER HARVESTING HEADER HSM

The header HSM 6 is designed for harvesting sunflowers at a constant high speed with minimal losses. Specially designed section covers retain the seeds, preventing their loss and ensuring maximum productivity per unit area. Its unique cutting system of two counter-rotating disc blades provides stem cutting without shaking the flower. The transport of plants to the auger is carried out by a conveyor chain with rubber pads, which grip the plants even in cases of lodged sunflowers.
The header can be attached to all combine brands through a replaceable suspension frame.

2-AXLE TRANSPORT TRAILER KT 2

Transport trailer KT 2 can transport different harvesting attachments as well as cutterbars for various harvesters. The supports are freely movable and can be easily replaced which allows different harvesting attachments to be transported with one trailer.

CORN HEADER ACR

The ACR is a rigid and reliable corn header which allows fast harvesting speed whilst keeping the fuel consumption at minimum. The snapping rolls, equipped with four blades, chop the stalks before they are further broken down into smaller pieces by the main chopper. ACR is equipped with stalk crushers for protection of harvester tyres. Distance between stripper plates can be hydraulically regulated depending on the size of the incoming corn stalks. ACR is offered in a variant for simultaneous harvesting of 6 or 8 rows with row width of 70 cm.
